Order Cancellation Refund

 

Unfortunately no refund for the cancellation of any orders made as we begin preparing and processing your orders immediately upon payment received.

 

Refund Charges

 

We will charge 5% of the total payment including delivery fees for the refund (if insisted for the cancellation refund)

 

Delivery Address

 

You must ensure the delivery address provided must within our coverage area. Do refer HERE for the delivery coverage area. We will not be responsible for any wrong delivery address entered by you or any 3rd parties assign by you.

 

Order Forfeit

 

Order will become void / forfeit if the buyer is not reachable or contactable and will subject to non-refundable policy.
